How it works
Every tool works the same way. Once you've used one, you know them all.
Open a tool and drop in a PDF, Word document or image. Nothing to install and no account to create.
Pick the language, summary length, page range or image size. The tool does the rest.
Review the result on screen, correct it where the tool allows, then download or copy it.
Tool spotlight · Document Translator
The translator reads headings, lists and tables, puts each translated passage where the original was, and lets you correct the wording before you download.
Pages, headings, tables and spacing stay where they were, so there's no reformatting afterwards.
Open the original page next to the translation, and restore the AI version of any passage you changed.
Fix wording and formatting in the browser editor, then download the file in its original format.

Why Document Doctor
Each tool does one job clearly, and you check the result before you use it.
Everything runs in your browser. Open a tool and start, with no software, plugins or account.
Translations open in an editor, and extracted details are marked for you to check against the document.
Translation keeps the layout, and conversion rebuilds text, tables and images instead of plain text.
The summarizer, extractor, file and image tools return your result without keeping a copy. Translations are saved only so you can reopen and edit them.
FAQ
Document Doctor is one web app with the document and file tools people need at work: a translator, summarizer and extractor for documents, a PDF ⇄ Word converter, PDF merge & split, and image resizing, compression and format conversion.
No. Every tool runs in your browser. Open the tool, upload your file, and download the result.
The translator, summarizer and extractor accept PDF and Word (.docx) files up to 5 MB. The converter and PDF tools accept files up to 10 MB, and you can merge up to 20 PDFs at once. The image tools accept JPG, PNG and WEBP up to 10 MB, with conversion options based on each image's source format.
The summarizer, extractor, converter, PDF and image tools process your file and return the result without keeping a copy. The translator saves your translated document so you can reopen it in the editor and download it again.
Yes. Translations open in a browser editor where you can change the wording and formatting, compare with the original page, and restore the AI version of any passage before you download. Extracted details are marked as found by AI, so you can check important ones against the document.
Indonesian, English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, German and Spanish. You can translate from any of these into any other, and get summaries in any of them.
Not yet for the AI tools. The translator, summarizer and extractor need PDFs with selectable text. Scanned PDFs can still be merged, split, or converted — they come out as images in Word.
Pick a tool, upload your file and get the result in your browser.
At 1,000+ daily users, we plan to reinvest in AI-powered document features.
